Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be notified to us within 24 hours of the purchase date. Our Team will then inspect the Lead and authorize an exchange if applicable.

Return Provess

To replace a lead, please contact customer service at +91 915 122 2095 / +91 915 122 2096 or mail us at info@leads360.in to obtain a Return Authorization. After receiving it, please provide us 24-48 hours to inspect and authorize your replacement lead.

Any charges incurred for exchanging the lead will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Refunds

We do not provide Refunds for Leads. However exchanging an invalid lead shall be processed by our team after inspection.

Exceptions For Monthly Packages

For Monthly Packages the Refund Terms are as follows:

1). If we don't deliver the promised leads 7 days after subscription, a full refund will be processed on request.

2). If the customer is unsatisfied by the leads provided or he/she simply does not want to continue with our plan then a refund will be processed for "Only the remaining term of the Subscription".
